If you are new to cooking, or just new to Whole-Foods Cuisine, Chef Jennifer Winick offers an Introductory Series, "The Basics of Health Supportive Eating". This series provides you with the Philosophy of Whole Foods Cooking and the techniques for preparing healthful foods full of flavor. For more experienced cooks we offer a variety of Specialty Classes designed to spice up your repertoire. For instance, The International Palate features both traditional and inspired menus from around the globe. In these classes, you'll be introduced to new ingredients and an array of cooking methods.
Whatever your level, our Culinary Classes are sure to have you sizzling!
